Some friends and I went just after opening on a weekday - the place was pretty quiet, the server was super friendly and patient (and speaks both English and French!), and our food came out very quickly. The portions are very reasonable, filling enough if you aren't super ravenous. Our table tried the sushi boat, Bo bun, stir fried veggies with rice noodles, pho, and nems. My pho came with bean sprouts, mint, sliced onions, and sliced beef. The soup was hot, but quite sweet - if you're used to a more savoury broth, you may want to try something else. Otherwise, the noodles and beef were decent!

We absolutely loved this restaurant, the decor was very classy and the service was top notch. Super fast and delicious food, if I'm in town I'm going here for sure.

Strange Asian restaurant, but in a good way! As an Asian, sometimes it's like a challenge for me, when I see such an extensive menu spanning from Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, to figure out what is it that they do most authentically. I was 1 week in Fontainebleau and went back to this restaurant 3 times. I had Pho, Bibimbab and Bo-Bun. And I came to a conclusion that this is like home-style cooking. The chef has certain footprints in his seasoning and you can find it in many various dishes. Although not authentic, but they are well prepared and very tasty. The staffs are also very friendly! :) I can definitely recommend this one.
